IBAN is required for European countries only. In case your country has implemented IBAN but you use your account number instead you will be charged €20 (this fee is charged by our bank).
SWIFT code must be provided by European countries, however, it is available in most countries. For non European countries: if possible, please use SWIFT code instead of Routing number.
Please make sure to provide accurate, valid information. In case your information is not valid and the payment has to be canceled you will be charged the cancellation fee (approximately $70).
Please note that the transfer fee ($35-$100) is to be paid by the beneficiary and will be deducted from the instructed (original) amount.
In case you need to provide any special information, please add it in the Additional information field. Note, however, that your earnings are sent using the reference: 'Electronically Delivered Services'. This will always be added to the payment order. |
